The following historical calendar files are available from 2025 up to last year:
Subscription Guide
- Open "Settings" on your iPhone/iPad home screen.
- Select "Apps" > "Calendar" > "Accounts" > "Add Account."
- Choose "Other," then tap "Add Subscribed Calendar."
- Enter the ICS URL below and tap "Save" to finish:
- Go to Google Calendar via your browser and log in to the Google account you use to sync your mobile device.
- In "Desktop" view of Google Calendar, click the "+" icon next to "Other calendars" on the left side.
- Select "From URL."
- Enter the ICS URL below and click "Add calendar":
- Open "Settings" on your mobile device home screen.
- Select the Google account you just used to subscribe to the iCal, then tap "Sync" to finish.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. What holidays are included?
It includes official public holidays, deferred holidays, and adjusted workdays announced by the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration (DGPA).
2. Will the iCal subscription update automatically?
Yes. The subscription uses a rolling update model. As time progresses, the system will automatically add the latest year's schedule and remove outdated data, so there is no need to re-subscribe.
3. Why does the subscription only provide holiday information for last year, this year, and next year?
Limiting the data to a three-year window significantly reduces the file size, preventing your phone or computer from lagging, draining the battery, or experiencing sync failures when updating the calendar.
4. What is the data source?
